• ALL DIVISIONS - Entry Fee is $100.00 + $10.00 per team administration fee. Teams must consist of least two (2) original members. Subs may come from within the same charter holder's league system.
• Boards set at 75 cents for 501 & one dollar for cricket.
• All players must have a picture ID with them at al times.
• All players must be currently sanctioned by the National Dart Association and be currently participating in a South Dakota Pool & Dart Tournament Corporation approved league. All players must have played in at least 30 games in no less than 6 weeks of league play prior to January 1, 2011.
• 100% Payback!!!!!
• Team play starts Thursday afternoon with the time to be announced. Team play will begin at 8:00 AM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• All Team Divisions are open and will be shot scratch. A Round Robin Format will be played followed by a double elimination bracket.
• Entry fee for Doubles is $50.00 + $2.00 per player administration fee. Doubles event will be either 501 or cricket.  You can not play in both events.  Teams must consist of players from within same charter holder's league system. Format will be double elimination.
• Singles entry fee is $25.00 + $2.00 player administration fee. Format will be single elimination with a hard luck for the FIRST round loss only!!! Players are guaranteed two matches which is the same as double elimination. AAA, AA, A Divisions ONLY will be a double elimination format.
• Satellite event on Friday - Double In/Double Out - sign up on site.  Details to follow at a later date.

• All Play in Singles and Team will be double elimination.
• Table play will be open. 
• Forfeit time for all events will be five minutes after your scheduled playing time.
• Entry fees are non-refundable.
• The tournament committee will not be responsible for entries not forwarded by locations or local operator/vendors.
• Tournament Committee reserves the right to move any entry to a higher division.
• Players may not assign entries to another player.
• Must be a sanctioned Valley player who has participated in either a South Dakota Pool & Dart Tournament Corporation Valley 8-Ball or Valley 9-Ball approved league in either the 09-10 or 10-11 season.
• All entries (singles or team) must be processed through their individual league Charter Holders. Any entries mailed or phoned in directly to the Tournament Headquarters will automatically be placed in the "A" Division.
• This event will be non smoking.

Team Play

• Play starts Friday, Oct. 1st at noon - Rules discussion at 11:30 AM.
• Format 4-Person teams; round robin play. Open class will consist of "A" (above average), "B" (average) and "C" (rest of the field) divisions.
• Entry fees are $100 per team + $80.00 Green Fee.
• Team entries must be accompanied by a team roster with player's first and last names. Operator/vendor will determine team rankings for the Open Class.
• All players on a team must come from within the same Charter Holder's League System & be sanctioned by that system.
• The top teams will be in a "AA" divison.  Selection of AA teams will be done by a poll of Charter Holders, Players, and Tournament Staff.  AA teams will play for cash prizes only.  AA teams will play a round robin format for a position in a doulble elimination bracket.
• Trophies for A, B, C Division will be awarded to 1st & 2nd place only.

Singles Play

• Play starts Thursday, Sept. 30th at 8:00 AM.  Finals on Friday at 8:00 AM.  Rules discussion at 7:30 AM, Thursday.
• Open class will consist of "A", "B", and a "C" division.  The top players will be placed in a AA Division.  AA Division will be cash prizes only.
• Players will be placed ina division based on their skill level.
• Players that have won a division in the State 9-Ball will shoot in the next higher division.
• Entry fees: Open Division - $50.00 + $20.00 Green Fee.
• Trophies will be awarded to 1st & 2nd place only in the A-B-C Divisions.

• All players must have 8 weeks of league play in no less than 8 weeks to be eligible.
• All players must be currently sanctioned by VNEA and be participating in a South Dakota Pool & Dart Tournament Corporation Valley 8-Ball approved league to play in team or single events.
